About:
This course provides a comprehensive review of industrial water treatment systems from raw water intake through wastewater discharge. Participants examine raw water treatment, wastewater treatment, boiler water systems, steam generation, cooling water systems, and troubleshooting techniques, with an emphasis on operational performance, reliability, corrosion control, remediation, and best practices for industrial facilities.
What You’ll learn:
Explain the principles of raw water, wastewater, boiler water, and cooling water treatment systems.
Evaluate mechanical, chemical, and operational factors affecting industrial water system performance.
Apply troubleshooting techniques to address corrosion, scaling, fouling, microbial growth, and process leaks.
Improve system reliability, steam generation, cooling water performance, and wastewater treatment efficiency.
Who Should Attend:
Industrial Water Treatment – Intake to Outfall is designed for refinery troubleshooting personnel, process engineers, plant operators, technical service staff, and engineers supporting refinery or petrochemical facilities through operations, design, construction, or technical services.
