He leads Becht's Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Division, focusing on enhancing industrial process safety and efficiency. Carlos holds a Master’s in Industrial Physics with a specialization in Automation and Electronics and is a Certified Functional Safety Expert (CFSE) and member of the CFSE Advisory Board. His expertise includes Distributed Control Systems, Safety Instrumented Systems, and conducting Functional Safety Assessments, with a strong background in safety standards like IEC-61511/61508.
